For those who have seen Kristy perform live, it will be welcomed
news that her raw, powerful, emotional voice and guitar has
finally been captured in all it’s steely gut wrenching
strength on record for the first time.
Kristy’s approach to recording this album was to make
it as real as her stunning live performance with mostly just
voice and guitar and no over production to detract from the
real and raw power this talented songstress possesses.
Recorded with Emerson Bavington at Airlock Studios with guest
appearances from Robert Sherwood on slide guitar, Fi Claus
strings, Deb Suckling, Amy Stephenson, Maree Foelz, Catherine
Comiskey, Leny Sutton, Ant McKenna and Alicia Tilley vocals,
Chris Tone percussion and Dave Evans accordion.
